Description:
- Develop financial forecasts, and analyze data for reasonableness.
- Assist in driving strategic cost initiatives, monitor potential risks and opportunities, and provide on-demand financial analysis.
- Conduct financial evaluations with business and functional teams, covering aspects like income, spending, and workforce discrepancies.
- Take charge of financial assessments involving business and functional teams, conducting analyses on revenue, expenses, and headcount variances.
- Demonstrate the capability to connect financial outcomes with operational drivers and propose strategies to endorse cost reduction and margin improvement goals.
- 4 years of finance experience, preferably in an FP&A role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience utilizing SAP, HFM, Qlik, Business Objects or other financial analytical tools.
